Khuram has extensive experience of technology in general and data mining and retail loss prevention in particular. Before starting IDM Software Ltd, Khuram was a founder and CEO of IntelliQ Ltd, and before that Managing Director of ALTA Europe Ltd. Previously with PwC as a technology sector specialist, where roles included Investment Director. Prior to this, Khuram has 16 years IT and Management experience across a number of sectors and roles including European IT Director for a Global Telecommunications Company. He is a regular commentator on issues in the retail loss prevention sector.

David Snocken – Commercial Director

David has achieved BSc Hons in Computer science and mathematics from University of London (Queen Mary college). He has 18 years experience in the IT sector specialising in data analytics and visualisation of which 15 years as a company director. In 1997 David led a management buy-out of ALTA Europe, a data mining consultancy. He was also a founder of IntelliQ Ltd. He is responsible for the market development and Marcomms/PR and is a regular industry commentator in the press and at events on the subject of Loss prevention

Haydar Kirmani – CTO

Haydar has achieved BSc Hons in Computer Science from University of London (Queen Mary college). He has 19 years experience in the development of complex analytic solutions. Haydar pioneered the "train of thought" analytic engines and data mining techniques. Prior to starting IDM Software Ltd Haydar was a founder of IntelliQ Ltd, before which he was the IT Director of ALTA Europe Ltd.

Pragnesh Patel – Director of Analytics

Pragnesh has achieved an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from University of London (Queen Mary College) and BSc in Computer Science with Maths (Queen Mary College). He has 15 years IT experience, specialising for the last 7 in designing and building loss prevention solutions for retailers. Before starting IDM Software Ltd Pragnesh was a founder of IntelliQ Ltd, before which he was Head of Services at ALTA Europe Ltd. Pragnesh leads our Professional Services function.
